Shiqing Guo is a Software Developer based out of IISD’s headquarters in Winnipeg, Canada. He joins IISD after previously serving as a full stack developer at Wawanesa Insurance. His expertise includes various programming languages and other software-related areas, including WordPress, PHP, Java, Struts 2, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AWS, and React. Shiqing is dedicated to problem solving and to continuing education, undertaking regular training to keep pace with the latest technological developments and best practices in his field.
He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science, Honours, from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Finance from Shandong University. He is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
